What is a Dental Home?

The “Dental Home” is the ongoing relationship between the dentist and the patient. This includes comprehensive oral health care before a problem develops causing discomfort.

The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends establishing a “Dental Home” by one year of age.
